Tabor Arts Announces our

Spring & Summer 2020 Season

Tabor Arts welcomes children between 2nd and 8th grade for our productions.  If your child is younger please contact Colin Sheehan at

Rehearsals follow Branford Public School Calendar for holidays and vacations.

Registration for Beauty and the Beast is closed.

The classic story tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed to his formerself. If the Beast does not learn his lesson, he will be doomed for all eternity. 

Rehearsals: Wednesdays (6 - 8 pm) & Sundays (3 - 5 pm) starting January 22nd, 2020

Performances: May 1 - 3, & May 8 - 10, 2020 (based on having two casts)

Cost $440 (includes cast T-shirt and DVD)

Summer Camp 2020


Join this exciting four-week program which combines the best of theater with the best of art. Your child will have the best of both worlds! With the creativity of Tabor Arts Branford and the outdoor camp experience of the Soundview YMCA, participants will be able to express their whole creative self! 


In the morning you will get to experience the great outdoors with all the fun that Day Camp has to offer including Archery, Ropes, Swimming Arts & Crafts and much more. Everyone will be bused to Branford High School for Hot Lunch or you may bring your own bag lunch. In the afternoon you will focus on your Musical Theatre Experience (Music, Acting, Dance). There will be specialty focus workshops and a guest artist teacher. At the end of each week, our campers will put on a presentation showing what they learned.


You can register for all four-weeks or pick and choose which weeks you wish to register.

Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Lunch Provided) 

Session 1 - August 3 - 7

“Seussville” This week will focus on improv & comedy by using the characters that Dr. Seuss made famous.


Session 2 - August 1O - 14

"Once Upon a Time..." This week will focus on fairytales & fantasy.


Session 3 - August 17 - 21

“Under the Big Top” This week will focus on clowning & miming.

Session 4- August 24 - 28

"When You Wish Upon A Star" This week will focus on all things Disney & Marvel and beyond.
